PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: ​
The Skill Centre Prep Academy is designed for aspiring players who are eager to advance into the Skill Centre program. This program provides a unique opportunity for like-minded players to train together under the guidance of Coastal FC’s Certified/Licenced Professional Academy Coaches. By participating in the Skill Centre Prep Academy, players will learn and develop tactical and technical skills to prepare them for the next steps of advancement into our Skill Centre program.

PROGRAM DETAILS: Boys & Girls aged 7-12 (2017-2012)

1 x 1-hour session per week

Led by Certified/Licenced Professional Academy Coaches

The approximate ratio of 14-16 players to 1 staff

GOALS/OBJECTIVES: The program offers an opportunity for players to enhance their technical and tactical abilities alongside liked-minded players, with the goal of potential advancement to the Coastal FC Skill Centre program.
​
LOCATION: South Surrey Athletic Park - SSAP 9 ​

FALL PROGRAM SCHEDULE
DURATION: The Fall program will begin the weekend of September 2024 through to March 2025 with breaks during traditional holiday breaks listed below.

Coastal FC acknowledges the importance of Truth and Reconciliation Day and Remembrance Day. Academy programs on September 28th, 29th, and 30th, as well as on November 9th, 10th and 11th, will continue as scheduled.​

SCHEDULE CHANGES/WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:

All program dates, locations, and schedules may change.

Coastal FC will notify registered participants via email of any schedule changes or cancellations due to weather, power outages, or other reasons.

Registered participants are encouraged to frequently check their emails, the game schedule website, and Coastal FC social media pages to stay updated on important announcements, changes, or cancellations.

REFUND REQUESTS: Refund requests are only reviewed through the Refund Request Form. Refund Requests sent via email to Coastal FC Staff will not be accepted, and they will be directed to fill out the Refund Request Form.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Academy Structure and Player Movement: Groups will be structured by ability and/or age. Players will have the opportunity, based on staff assessment and recommendation, to move within the academy system. ​​​​​
