REFUND REQUESTS: Refund requests are only reviewed through the Refund Request Form. Refund Requests sent via email to Coastal FC Staff will not be accepted, and they will be directed to fill out the Refund Request Form.
PLAYER REGISTRATION REQUESTS: As per Coastal FC’s U5-U18 Team Building Guidelines, requests operate on a first-come, first-served basis based on the registration timestamp. During registration, our youth programs quickly reach maximum capacity, often within the first few hours and the leagues in which teams participate impose deadlines that necessitate early team commitments. It is recommended that you submit your player's registration as early as possible to increase your chances of getting placed in the requested team. However, early registration does not guarantee a placement in the requested team.
REFUNDABLE VOLUNTEER BOND: Coastal FC relies heavily on the support of volunteers, providing many opportunities for families to get involved with coaching, assistant coaching, team management, or assistance with our frequent events and various other tasks throughout the season. A refundable $100.00 bond is charged at the beginning of each season. Those who volunteered the previous season will be provided a code to enter at the time of registration so that you will not be charged for this bond.
